 Kanban holder colored made of plastic,interlocking provided for vertical and lateral stacking of multiple items.


The use of colored elements allows the creation of the semaphore system for the control of production priorities.



The flexibility of the system allows the implementation of a single location at a time in both rows and columns.

Kanban cardboards coming from the

empty baskets, get divided by product andinserted from bottom to top in the Kanban board.

The production starts when the yellow zone is reached. If the red zone gets reached, the production must start absolutely.

The bottom up construction and utilization of the kanban board, permits an immediatemonitoring/supervision of the production priority.

It is possible to set-up a magnetic section for the magnetic information boards.

This turns into a better transparency of theinformations inside the company.
